This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed with ARANYA JEWELS on this website.
1. Cancelling before dispatch
You can cancel any order free of charge before it is shipped. Contact us using the details below with your order number. We confirm the cancellation by message or email, and any amount you paid is refunded in full within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
2. After dispatch
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled. You may instead return eligible pieces after delivery under our Refund Policy. Please do not refuse a prepaid parcel at the door; if you do, the refund is made after the parcel reaches us, less the shipping costs.
3. Made-to-order, personalised and resized pieces
These pieces are made specially for you, so they can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placing the order, before work on them begins. After that they cannot be cancelled.
4. Cash on Delivery orders
Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Refusing Cash on Delivery parcels at the door costs us two-way shipping, so repeated refusals may lead us to disable Cash on Delivery for future orders.
5. Cancellations by us
We may cancel an order if:
- a piece becomes unavailable or fails our quality check;
- a price or product detail was listed in error;
- the delivery address cannot be served by our courier partners;
- payment could not be verified, or the order appears fraudulent.
If we cancel your order, we tell you straight away and refund any amount paid in full within 5–7 working days.
