Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (IST). Closed on Sundays and national holidays. Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next working day.
About an existing order
- Please mention your order number (it starts with the letters shown on your confirmation, e.g. AJ-…) and the name the order was placed in.

Response time
We reply to every message within one working day. Order issues such as a damaged parcel or a wrong item are handled first.
